With the new year comes new beginnings, new priorities, and new goals, or resolutions. Often these resolutions are abandoned long before spring begins.
One of the most common resolutions we see is to improve health, begin an exercise program or lose weight. Our New Year, New You Winter Retreat is designed to give you the tools to keep those New Years Resolutions.
The New Year, New You Retreat will have two focuses:
1. Mindful eating. You will leave with personalized mindfulness
exercises targeted to your mindless eating triggers.
2. Hands-on cooking and nutrition tips to get and keep you on
the clean-eating path this year. You’ll learn to create tasty,
guilt-free dishes that are more delicious than your less-healthy
We will provide a delicious real food lunch and close with a healthy Cheers to a New You happy hour.
Learn how to set yourself up for success with recipes, strategies and fabulous take-away tips so you can experience the new year with a healthy mind, body & spirit! You will also receive a cookbook of healthy recipes!
This retreat will have limited space for overnight guests*, let us know if you have a long drive or would just like to stay over. Overnight guests will continue the retreat with a fireside roundtable and the option for a massage.
