Bluewater Wellness Member Class Schedule

We are so excited to share the upcoming classes at Bluewater Wellness.

To attend a class you must be currently enrolled in a Wellness Program (12 or 24 weeks). There are 6 member only classes and there are an additional 6 classes that we invite our members to attend and bring a guest, RSVP required.

All classes run 60-90 minutes and will include question/answer time, handouts, and exercises to lock in the learning and take place at our office at: 17212 Van Wagoner Rd., Spring Lake unless another location is noted.
Grocery store tour – Tuesday, October 24, 6:30pm – Members only

Tour Meijers on Harvey St. and find out what healthy choices the store offers for your nutritional wellbeing and to support your Bluewater Wellness plan. This class will meet at Meijers on Harvey at the front of the store near the produce department.

How to Manage your Time – November 7, 6:30pm – Members only

Does your time seem to slip away? Do have enough time? Are your choices working for you? Time is a precious resource and in this class we talk tools to set you up for time management success.

Mindfulness – November 14, 6:30pm

Dr. Werner Absenger and Karri Absenger will host Minfulness: A mental state of openness, awareness and focus. It can help reduce stress, raise self-awareness and undermine destructive behavioral processes. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

General Nutrition – November 21, 6:30pm

Join us for greater understanding and goal setting for “EATING REAL FOOD” – no labels and no claims, just how to bring more real food to your body to give you the nutrients you need. Essential Oils – November 28, 6:30pm

This class explores the uses for Essential Oils. Hear evidence based information on the use and safety of DIY remedies for healing, skin care, cleaning and beauty. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Blissful Sleep – December 5, 6:30pm

How is your sleep hygiene? Are you getting a full 7 to 8 hours of quality sleeping? Come and hear best practices to set you up for a night of heavenly blissful sleeping. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Stress Reduction – December 12, 6:30pm – Members only

Stress may be considered as any physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes symptoms of disease. An important goal for those under stress is the management of life stressors. In this class we explore reduction tips and techniques.

Healthy Cooking – December 19, 6:30pm – Members only

In this class we will explore new ways to cook at home, using fresh organic real food. Healthy cooking can be simple, fun, tasty and nutritious. Get real pro tips for the kitchen, sample and take home recipes to try for yourself.

Hormones – December 26, 6:30pm

In this class we will talk about the best course of action to take around hormone imbalance. We will discuss the endocrine functions and how to enroll in BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) consultation. Please RSVP if bring a guest 231-730-5211

Detox – January 2, 6:30pm – Members only

The body is always naturally detoxifying. Learn about detoxification and how to support a healthy liver, improve health and strengthen the immune system. Detox can be very beneficial to your health and wellness plan.
